Elanor M. Tom Jaynes passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at age 94. Eleanor was preceded in death by husband of 65 years, UTIA Retiree Hugh Jaynes, former head of the Department of Food Science and Technology Department. A graveside service for Elanor was held Monday, April 26, at 11:00 a.m., at Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 1121 Shiloh Road, Greeneville, TN.
